Le Refuge Opvanghuis is a Belgian organisation providing safe housing and tailored support to LGBTQIA+ young people facing family breakdown, homelessness, or vulnerability. Supported by a team of social workers and volunteers, it offers a secure and inclusive environment fostering autonomy and stability. The organisation runs two programmes: the Alan Turing House in Brussels for LGBTQIA+ youth aged 18–25, and CADAL, a reception centre for particularly vulnerable adult LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers, operated in coordination with the federal agency FEDASIL.
